Good to know
Which night has the most kids-eat-free deals in Helena?
Tuesday, with 11 spots around Helena. Next: Sunday (7) and Monday (4).
Where do these deals come from?
From each restaurant’s own website when it posts the deal (quoted word for word), and from dated local guides when it doesn’t (here: Birmingham Mom Collective). Every listing says which, and when it was last checked.
Do I need to buy an adult meal?
Usually, yes. Most deals give one free kids meal per adult meal or entrée. Each listing shows the terms we found, and says when the source doesn’t list them.
